Our client is currently looking to hire for the position of App-Tech Practice Director based out of Bangalore.
Job Description :
As an App & Emerging Tech Leader, you will contribute to the growth of the organization by helping clients differentiate themselves, remain competitive and improve their business by:
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies that will be important to your clients in the next few years
- Prepare to get the most out of your emerging technology investments in scaling up teams with Technical Talent that possess quality Technical and Business acumen in the areas of User Experience, Microsoft Technologies, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Enterprise Applications and Mobility.
- Determine what technologies hold high promise, how the technology is different from the current state, and how those emerging technologies might stimulate innovation or be disruptive.
- Assisting on identifying what barriers exist to more broad business adoption as well as the risks of the new technology.
- Provide strategic and technological services across industries and have thought leaders who drive how companies choose and deploy emerging technologies.
The Successful applicant :
- Minimum 18 years of overall experience with a degree in technology
- Experience working on emerging technologies, Delivery roles, enterprise applications
- Strong Program/Project Management Skills (demonstrated success in big project implementations)
- Ability to drive and execute innovation, transformation.
- Build strong partnerships with the global partners
- Ability to drive the change management, lead large teams, manage conflicts and behaviour
