Practice Lead - Recruitment Consulting Firm

Looking for Practice Lead for a top-notch recruitment firm.

Must Have - Experience handling Product based companies or Product Services clients

Should have hired for mid to senior level positions

Need candidates from top consulting firms who have worked on different requirements.

Individual Contributor Role

- End-to-end recruitment

- Candidate Screening: Responsible for screening resumes determining which candidates meet the minimum requirements.

- Interviewing: Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.

- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

- Administering appropriate company assessments.

- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

- Following up on the interview process status.

- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
