The incumbent drives and facilitates large-scale initiatives and systemic changes. The incumbent would be required to consider organization strategy, culture, capabilities, structures, processes, and systems to determine appropriate interventions to drive Talent transformation.

Incumbent can lead any one of the below key portfolios:

Performance Management:

- Assess the existing processes involving performance management and accordingly introduce interventions for positive and productive transformation

- Project manage all parts of the new age performance management initiatives from design to pilot to production

- Partner with the HR community and global functional teams, to design and implement programs with a global impact

- Lead and own the performance cycle which includes working closely with stakeholders across levels and continuously enhance the effectiveness of the process

Organization Design:

- Custodian of the organization's career architecture - the incumbent will be responsible for designing organization models that are best suited to the evolving business needs as well as the career aspirations of employees.

- Define and determine innovative and new career management solutions as required. Creation of structures, roles and competency models aligned to emerging areas of work and business context

- Driving the alignment of career architecture to the talent management life cycle - from recruitment to performance management, role changes and career development

- Understanding external market and determining the applicability of the right talent solutions for the different workforce segments

- Providing architectural insights to business during critical initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions and other organizational changes

- Partnering with multi-functional teams to create geo-specific models factoring in the local employment laws, trends and talent pools

Executive Talent Management:

- Lead the end-to-end Talent Management for Leadership - covering Leadership Performance & Potential Management, Leadership Experience and Rotations

- Define and Design key initiatives in the space that would help align to the overall business strategy

- Partnering with various teams to offer seamless experience to the Leadership

- Understanding external market and determining the applicability of the right talent solutions
