Position Summary:

Catenon, a Global Executive Search Firm is looking for Practice Leads for key locations and industries. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced organisation, where you will have flexibility and the chance to make a big impact. Also an opportunity to work with an excellent team of people.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As Practice lead you would be responsible for:

- Consultative Sales: Drive sales to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Target audience - CEO/MD and HR Heads.

- Delivery Management: End to end delivery of bottom line with a team to support the execution.

- Build the Team: Grow the team organically based on demand.

- Practice Growth: Establish an excellent reputation in the market to ensure top notch brand equity among clients. Exercise all levers within the existing constraints progressively and logically to grow the practice.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

- Masters in Business Administration from a reputed institute

- Minimum 12+ years of professional experience

- Experience in consultative sales of any service to CXO suite is preferred

- Experience in executive search domain is a distinct advantage (Prior experience in talent acquisition AND/OR industry expertise will also be considered

- Experience in team building and management is a plus
