Our client a leading IT MNC in India is looking to hire Practice Lead for their Data science / Analytics practice.

Accountabilities :

- Drive growth of Analytics practice through proactive and reactive client engagements and workshop with CXOs.

- Practice development for establishing the company as leader in Analytics space.

- Strategic development, thought leadership and mindshare activities

- Identification of Use cases across verticals followed by POC and Pov development using NLP, Machine learning, deep learning, Big data and cloud based cognitive Solutions.

- Led delivery of multiple Data science & AI projects in customer retention, customer complaints, capacity forecasting & workforce optimization

Desired Profile :

- 15+ of experience in IT, with strong expertise in Data sciences / Analytics.

- Experience in Practice building / building competency / consulting in Analytics area

- Experience in BFS / Life sciences domain preferable

- Strengthen/Build next level leadership

- Ensure strong engagement and communication with employees

- Articulate and implement key success criteria for the employee base
