Practice Lead - Consulting - Healthcare Domain

Job Description :

- Minimum 15 years of experience in global services, with at least last 7 years in management consulting

- Leadership experience in running a global consulting teams

- Published and spoken extensively in public over last 5 years

- Healthcare expertise, substantial US based experience and technical orientation are a plus

- Institutionalize development and rollout of framework-based execution for areas such as digital transformation, business process reengineering across CitiusTech

- Drive customer perception of our healthcare domain knowledge and thought leadership to top tier in the industry

- Built internal mechanisms for talent hiring and development

- Emerge as a thought leader for customers in areas such as business transformation and innovation - play a key role in shaping, winning and executing large enterprise opportunities
