Job Description: Practice Lead- Business Intelligence & Analytics /IOT/ CX The key purpose of this position is to lead Practice, with a primary objective to grow biz & help customers realize their dream in the Digital Transformation Journey. Detailed Job Profile: - Drive company's Strategy & capability roadmap in the ARAA/ IOT/ CX/DTC space from a Technology and management perspective. - Build a core team that will include Technology experts, BI Developers, Data Scientists of ARAA/ IOT/ CX/DTC projects. - Tracking and control of operational parameters like utilization of resources, bench etc. - Work with Pre-Sales and lead Technical solutioning and estimation for new proposals. - Identify talent within the business unit and leverage the same for proposals and POCs. - Team Learning &development planning. - Assist Client Executive Partners with developing presentations, pushing strategic portfolios, pricing models, proposals and SOWs for new opportunities. - Lead development of thought leadership in various aspects of BI&A including Big Data, Analytics, - Data Quality and Governance, Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Integration. - Develop & manage Technology Alliances in line with the strategy with Predictive and real-time - Analytics players like SAS, TIBCO, IBM, Oracle, Netezza & other Niche players and also Data Visualization players like Tableau, QlikView/QlikSense, Cognos, SCADA, UI/UX etc. - Prepare future roadmap with respect to both Skills & Technology, within the Practice and Recruit/Train/Develop analyst-level employees to meet the demands. Candidate Profile and Key requirements: - Over 15+ years of total Experience and at least3 - 5 years in a similar capacity preferably in a company offering services similar to Atos - Should have good experience in Big Data and Analytics Technologies - Hands-on experience on at least 1-2 Big Data projects - Understanding of cloud-based big data and warehouse solutions- Experience in non-functional/functional designs for analytics platforms - Working experience with AI/ML and Data Science - Experience in building/migrating to cloud-based data solutions of ARAA/ IOT/ CX/DTC - In-depth experience in building ETL solutions, data lakes, data warehouses and analytical platforms - Experience in non-functional/functional designs for analytics platforms - Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities with Excellent communication, collaborative, and delegation skills. Education Qualification: - Bachelor of Engineering/MCA with additional certifications in Big-Data Analytics/AI/ML/Statistics or similar quantitative field from reputed Institutions.
