Job Description :

Experience : 12 to 20 years.

- Delivered on key banking consulting assignments spanning wholesale payments, and retail liabilities.

- Areas of assistance include - concept validation, proof of concept, business architecture definition, process capture and re-engineering.

- Quality wholesale banking experience is mandatory.

- Led the functional solutioning for existing and new client business translating to key program wins.

- Hands-on experience across various functional elements in a SDLC cycle - business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, page functional descriptions, data mapping, print specs, proof of concepts, functional testing.

- Functional analysis and Solutioning for proof of concept preparation and RFI/RFP responses.

- Share trends and thoughts on emerging issues in banking by publishing in gtnews.com

- Track changes in the wholesale banking space and develop offerings and position analysts for domain intensive / offering related projects - SEPA, TARGET2, Faster Payments, TSU and techno domain intensive topics like BPR, SOA etc

- Guide functional analysts on project execution

- Analysis of as - is operations (operating model) and applications (IT landscape) for Payments,

- Study possible overlaps between related Lines of Business

- Develop and validate business case model

- Understand as-is and plans in pipe line

- Road map for platform alignment/standardization/rationalization and arrive at a - Unified Payment Capability

- Scoping some of the applications as utilities to other lines of Business

- Arrive at a consideration set of products available in the market, design RFP for the Bank and assist the bank in evaluating the options (Ongoing)

- Creation of Page Functional Descriptions for Use cases

- Page Navigation flow Diagrams for the Application

- Data Dictionary, Data Mapping and Data type creation

- Functional Documents for Print Specifications for Report Generation

- Schedule/Conduct/Review and Document workshops to get sign off on functional Documents
