Description -
- Lead Pre-Sales, Demand Generation, Deals & Proposals, and Go-to-Market efforts for PSV,
- Work with Sales teams on Lead-Generation, Sector & TAL research, Pre-Sales Content Creation;
- Coordinate with Marketing teams on Go-to-Market initiatives & campaigns, Brand-building & thought-leadership exercises, Events & Partnerships;
- Collaborate with Account Management & Delivery teams on New deals, Proposals, Point Solutions & Opportunity Lifecycle Management;
- Lead a team of Pre-Sales & Proposal leads towards meeting Unit objectives around New Account Openings, Pipeline Creation, Opportunity Conversion, and Marketing.
Experience Required
- Prior experience in IT Services in Account Management, Sales and/or Pre-Sales leadership roles essential
- Prior experience in leading or running Pre-Sales, Business Development, Large Deals teams required
- Managing clients or sales teams in NA markets in the past will be a definite plus
- Domain and industry knowledge of the Professional Services industry, including Tax, Audit, Accounting, Legal, People & Talent Management, and/or Information Services & Platforms will be a key differentiator
- Understanding & demonstrated expertise of emerging technologies, automation, cloud, platform-based services will complete the package for the right candidate
