Job Description:

- Practice Manager / Director will be responsible for the company's Information Security Practice

- The role requires a very strong understanding of various security technologies including Security Operations with SIEM (McAfee, ArcSight, RSA, Q Radar, etc), Identity & Access Management Solutions, End Point Security Solutions & Data Loss Prevention Solutions.

- Ability to create differentiated information security solutions for customers, propagate & popularize them with customers.

- Good understanding on ITIL based Service management (complete life cycle), Data Center and Networking services to design global deployment and hosting models.

- The Practice Director / Manager will work with sales, delivery, operations and partners / vendors to address the business, operational and technical requirements of the customers.

- The Practice Director / Manager is required to work and collaborate closely with peers across practices to create leading edge, innovative yet pragmatic solutions for the customers.

- The ideal candidate is expected to be versatile who will handle practice development, pre-sales function, customer interactions, technical delivery ownership, willingness to learn emerging technologies and build next generation Infosec solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Responsibilities include but not limited to Assist in all phases of the pre-sales, practice development and delivery processes

- Develop best practices for Information Security Practice and manage relationship with clients, vendor eco-systems and all the internal stakeholders

- Team management Strong collaborative approach and ability to work with all the stakeholders while adhering to tight deadlines in a highly dynamic environment

- Represent the company in various Technical and customer forums on technology thought leadership.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science or related technical fields

- 14-18 years of relevant industry experience

- Industry certifications such as CISA, CISSM, CISA, SANS Certifications, ITIL etc are a plus.

- Any prior experience of managing OEMs and Information Security partnerships is a strong plus

- Knowledge and wide exposure to Information Security technologies and trends, Strong communication, presentation and customer management skills are a must
