Practice Head - OD - HR Consulting (10-15 yrs)
We are currently hiring for a Fast Growing Management/ HR Consulting Co.
Designation will depend on Candidates experience.
Qualification: MBA in HR
Strategic & Operational exposure and experience of 10 to 15 years in corporate/consulting organizations. Must have experience in versatile developmental interventions and exposed to OD consulting/Client interactions. Should have worked in global / reputed organizations.
Key Result Areas:
- Knowledge Management in OE&D, L&D and Strategic HR
- Design, Develop and Deliver in above core consulting Projects & Assignments
- Motivate, Lead & Influence a young Team of Consultants
- Module & Content development
- Client Management & Service Excellence
- Business / Product Development capabilities
