Practice Head (IndX.0/MOM)

Overall Experience : 15 - 25 years

Qualification and Experience :

- Bachelors / Master's degree in engineering.

- 5 years of experience in managing P&L and Delivery in MOM /IndX.0 services

- 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations (Discrete / Process / Batch)

- Experience in techno-functional services in MOM / IndX.0 / consultative services

- Experience in plant operations including production planning / scheduling, production operations, quality mgmt, KPIs, digital principles, control systems, real time aspects & so on.

- Experience in IndX.0 and Digital Mfg systems - MES, QMS, RTPIMS / Historian, Automation systems like PLCs, SCADA, DCS, OT systems and IOT / IIOT platforms

- Understanding of Digitalization principles, Digital Thread / Twin and relevant integration with various systems (ERP, PLM, SCM.)

Responsibilities and Skills required :

- Experience in handling P&L and operational levers of a delivery unit

- Demonstrated experience and a track record of delivering MOM / IndX.0 services in Mfg Industry.

- Ability to understand business requirements and be able to visualize & formulate a vision / mission for the customers

- Ability to understand operational requirements and provide services to various MOM / IndX.0 needs

- Work with internal or external stakeholders and lead the Practice from techno-functional & operational aspects.

- Ability to conduct workshops, multi-level discussions with customers, analysts, and partners.

- Expertise in business analysis, functional review, and competency management.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

- Able to work independently, self-managed / directed.

- Digital consulting

- Ability to work with global workforce and in different models-Onsite-Offsite-Offshore deliveries.

- Ability to translate technical information into terms understandable by non-IT savvy personnel.

- Adept at interacting with all key personnel for design, engineering, manufacturing, and IT focused discussions
