Job Summary :
The role holder is expected to work with Leaders globally across Pre-sales, Practices and Sales Enablement . Help in growth of the portfolio of Healthcare services, strategic accounts, while also owning general Practice management responsibilities for the India-based team.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry growth.
- Solutions : Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within the Healthcare & Life Sciences space.
- Practice Management : Manage the team of consulting professionals based in India, including their goals & objectives, mentoring, career planning etc.
- Partnerships : Work with the leadership team to nurture key ecosystem partnerships in focus areas based on business strategy and growth imperatives.
Skills :
- Strong ability to lead a Healthcare practice with the objective of providing on-the-ground people leadership.
- Significant transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems to clear business benefits.
- Deep understanding of innovative customer models, products, services and business re-platforming strategies.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, client partners and internal organization.
- Creative and motivating leaders that can gel diverse teams to common outcomes.

- Strong Experience of leading a global, fast growing Healthcare business is a must
- Relevant experience working the US Healthcare & Life Sciences domain is a must and also experience of Europe Healthcare Market is a good to have.
- Good Solution Mindset , Incubation of new ideas and IP creation experience.
- Good knowledge of the market and demand including multiple engagements across geographies.
- Experience in consultative selling and creating client business case for value-based pitches
