Practice Head - eCommerce/Retail/CPG Expert (8-18 yrs)
The key aspects of this role include:
- Drive sales growth, support sales opportunities, design strategy for the pursuit and client solutions, and support sales activities and lead the pursuit team comprising of Business Analysts & Bid Management resources.
- Design IT strategy, solution architecture, proposal (RFPs) scoping, business cost justification, and risk analysis
- Develop Go to Market Strategies, Solution architecture, core competencies, & intellectual assets, delivery frameworks
- Identify market segments and create value propositions for segments that includes appropriate solutions that significantly helps in deal conversions
- Improve pre-sales productivity by bringing in best practices
- Create whitepapers, case studies, capability statements and other marketing collaterals as a part of sales campaigns
- Build credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for long term association with the clients.
Desired Skills:
- Subject matter expertise in Online Retail or E-commerce domain with a minimum 10 years of IT experience and flair of pre-sales activities.
- Proven ability to handle bid/ solutions teams and creating high quality responses to large size global RFI/ RFP
- Proficient in presentation & negotiation skills and should have financial acumen/deal structuring.
- Sound Knowledge of technology, emerging industry trends and trade
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
