Our client is a leading distributor of world class IT Products, headquartered in Chennai, looking to hire Head of Digital and eCommerce Practice.

The Digital Platform & ecommerce Head will be responsible to conceptualize blue-print, execute and deliver Digital Business Milestones.

- Responsible for strategizing, planning, developing, and executing ecommerce business plans. Lead marketing campaigns, promotions and lead generation.

- Monitoring performance through data & analytics, improve website traffic and product performances. Develop and maintain - strong relationship with vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategize ecommerce Business Plan, which is short and long term

- Implement strategy effectively and demonstrate constant growth in business

- Participate in the development and execution of strategic business plans, in consultation with cross-functional team, supporting the Digital Platform / e-Commerce strategy

- Manage all aspects of web analytics related to Digital Platform / e-Commerce business.

- Build performance metrics & analytics dashboard for various user levels, both internal & external

- Implement demand forecasting, purchase plans, stocking plans & sell-out strategies

- Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the Digital Platform / e-Commerce business, including business planning, strategy development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies

Desired Profile :

- Engineering Graduate in any discipline (including engineering) + a full time MBA, is preferred

- Experience of 18 to 22 years in digital platforms

- Should have worked in large IT company (or) Startup companies with good success in ecommerce Business
