Role Definition: - With superior interpersonal & deep tech skills, solid Revenue Growth experience and a visionary mindset, the Practice Head would lead, nurture & grow Data Engineering & Analytics practice, partnerships, go to market strategy, delivery capabilities and solutions while fostering a positive, high-energy & high-performance culture. Must-have Skills & Expertise: - Have an intrapreneurial innovative start-up mindset with hands-on experience in building & growing Y-o-Y the Data Engineering & Analytics practice from scratch. - Demonstrated thought leadership, sales, and delivery leadership in Data Engineering & Analytics. - Experience in pre-sales/consulting, strategic planning, customer onboarding and relationship management. - Experience in leading GTM Strategy for the Data Engineering & Analytics practice - Should have a solid experience in driving the Revenue Growth & a visionary mindset to drive business growth. - Experience in working together with Alliances and Marketing teams to Build and grow relationships with alliance partners. - Should be a Technocrat with deep Data Engineering & Analytics expertise. Proven skills in designing and delivering high-performance, secure, compliant, highly available Data Engineering & Analytics based solutions. - Experience building scalable team of solution architects & subject matter experts. - Experience developing and expanding Service offerings and value propositions, creating solution centres/POCs, showcasing company's core expertise in the Data Engineering & Analytics practice - with the ability to establish a unique, clear & specific use cases for enterprise customers. - Strong Business Management: Strategic & tactical vision and execution plan, for business growth. - Market intelligence. Enabling effective project execution in tandem with delivery team(s). - Excellence in business forecasting accuracy. Strategizing market positioning statements, of solutions/services offered. - Should proactively work with markets/Business Development teams across geographies to provide necessary practice support - RFP Responses, Solution Presentations, assisting in Creating Transformation Lead Solutions - Demonstrate thought leadership by bringing out white papers, blogs, presentations, and collaterals. Build capabilities, offerings, service accelerators and differentiators. Core Responsibilities Include: - Build and Lead the Practice with focus on upskilling/cross-skilling of existing & new workforce. - Accountable for driving the Revenue Growth. - Developing and expanding Service offerings and value propositions - Build Data Engineering & Analytics Solutions capabilities, offerings, service accelerators and differentiators. - Build a go-to-market strategy that highlights Data Engineering & Analytics Solution offerings that best cater to the customer's challenges. - Lead the technical delivery, ultimate success, and delivery excellence in all Data & Analytics projects. Work with clients to design and successfully deliver in all Data Engineering & Analytics Projects. - Stakeholders & Expectations management. - Responsible for delivering solutions architecture for major clients. - Client Relationship Management (both pre-sales & post-sales). - Be client CXO's trusted advisor & ensure client delight. - Through use of IPs, automation and use of right skills mix improve project and account profitability. - Play an active role in winning business - Pre-sales/Alliances. - Work together with Alliances and Marketing teams to Build and grow relationships with alliance partners. - Analyse current and evolving market trends to develop long-term solutions, value propositions, partnerships/alliances.
