Position: Cybersecurity Practice Head

Location: Dubai or Bangalore

Description:

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Practice Head to establish and grow our cybersecurity practice. The Practice Head will be responsible for building a team of cybersecurity experts, defining our service offerings, and delivering high-quality cybersecurity services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and grow our cybersecurity practice, including building a team of cybersecurity experts

- Define the scope of our cybersecurity services and offerings

- Develop and implement a strategy to promote our cybersecurity practice and services

- Deliver high-quality cybersecurity services to our clients, including cybersecurity assessments, risk management, compliance, security architecture, incident response, and penetration testing

- Manage cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cybersecurity and provide thought leadership to the team and clients

- Collaborate with other teams within the company to identify opportunities to provide cybersecurity services to existing clients

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders

- Ensure that all cybersecurity services are delivered in accordance with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field

- At least 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record of delivering cybersecurity services

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards and best practices, including ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and PCI DSS

- Experience building and managing a team of cybersecurity professionals

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, are preferred

- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred
