Our Clients, a multi-disciplinary legal and financial consulting firm focused on startups is expanding its portfolio of service offerings. The firm was created with an idea to become the pioneers in providing professional business services to a price-sensitive market and most importantly without hampering the quality of services offered. The vision for creating a qualitative brand coupled with the founders backgrounds from considerable larger firms has helped to support startups in an efficient and cost-effective way.

As a part of their expansion, they are now looking to set up a corporate finance practice including raising capital and debt for startups and are looking for a dynamic professional who would be looking to partner with us to grow. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to exit their job to venture out his entrepreneurial journey however with already some established presence and a runway.

Profile of the Candidate -

- Deal sourcing for the company and pitching for mandates

- Expand the investor network and maintain relationships

- Work on Information Memorandum, Pitch decks, Financial models

- Facilitate and grow family office network

- Hire and lead a team of Analysts

- Engagement with the existing network of startups and investors

Pre Requisites

- Over 5-7 years of experience out of which, 3 years in fundraising. Startup fundraising will be preferred

- Candidates from Angel networks will be preferred

- Should have a good network of investors including angels, VCs and family offices.

Educational Qualification

- MBA/CA/LLB/Engineer

Skills and Competencies

- Great communication skills

- Self starter, entrepreneurial skills, amazing networking skills

- Understands making and review business models, projections, plans

- Needs to update of the latest deals and updates in the ecosystem
