The Assignment (The Role / Job Description):

a) Handling Clients of BFSI / Consumer Domain - add new clients and maintain existing clients

b) Should be able to research from existing and multiple sources including various job boards, social media, head hunting and referrals

c) Must be able to establish and ensure delivery within agreed timelines / SLAs

d) Handle and lead a team of researchers both Search & Selection

The Person (Candidate Details):

a) Age : 35 - 45 yrs

b) Graduate + MBA

c) 5+ years as Recruitment Researcher and then, over 5+ years as Practice Head of Recruitment in BFSI / Consumer domains

d) Handled middle & senior/top level positions

e) Should have worked on multiple clients and multiple projects simultaneously

f) Should be a go-getter

g) Lead a team of researchers

h) Result oriented

i) Ability to perform under pressure

j) Perform with quality and accuracy

k) Strong on Computer / Internet / Sourcing Technologies
