Practice Head - Azure Cloud - IT (20-25 yrs)
- The role would define the mission, vision, and strategy to maximize client value creation and drive the success of clients business and IT enterprise initiatives using Azure Cloud
- Advise building and operating high quality, resilient, scalable cloud Infrastructure and technical frameworks that meet business needs reliably, securely, and efficiently with auditable controls.
- Be a change agent and thought leader. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advances and represent firms capabilities to the external stakeholders
- Lead the Competency for Azure Implementation, Cloud migration, Production Cloud operations, Azure DevOps, Security and support Azure-based platform applications, data, IoT platforms
- Introduce cloud, serverless technologies, automation, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevSecOps practices to innovate and differentiate infrastructure capabilities
- 15+ years of relevant experience in leadership role, driving & implementing cloud applications
- Working experience in an Offshore-onsite model, building and managing global teams
- 5+ years of relevant experience on Azure Cloud, experience in AWS or GCP would be added advantage
- 8+ years of experience of delivering Enterprise Digital Transformations globally across multiple industries and/or geographies
- Demonstrated capability in leading IT transformational initiatives in complex, dynamic environments where agile was applied at scale.
- Experience in migrating SAP-based solutions to Cloud, CAF and Enterprise landing zone
- Proven success in ideating and implementing innovative solutions to optimize service, support and operational efficiency/effectiveness.
- Thought leader and innovator in using technology to move the business forward
