About the role: - The practice leader of automation will help create, a dedicated practice led business that's exclusively focused on RPA and other technologies that enable the agenda of automation in the enterprise transformation domain. - This is a build-from-the-scratch role, hence only those who're genuinely interested in either re-inventing their careers or expanding from their current role by helping a growing company build its automation portfolio from scratch, should apply. - This is an ideal role for those who've been leading key RPA engagements as technical-cum-delivery-cum-client leaders and understand what it takes to build a technically capable &amp; competent practice in the automation domain, while being close &amp; relevant to the customer.
