Job Description :
- Looking to hire a seasoned IT professional who is an expert in SAP and would be leading a large team in an established organization handling global clients and projects across geographies.

Our client is world's one of the leading consulting firms. Having offices at multiple locations across the world, they are responsible for providing world class, cost effective and premium quality services for global clients focused on key horizontal and vertical end-to-end solutions. Our client is currently looking to hire for the position of SAP Director, SAP based out of Bangalore.
Description :
- Ability to lead and drive execution, delivery, change management, presales/solutioning, operations and practice development across the SAP gamut (Technical and Functional modules)
- Additionally for global areas, be responsive to the prioritization of work funnelled by global areas for delivery by developing process and methodologies for efficient handling of inflows.
- Responsible for the oversight of SAP applications and platform.
- Strong knowledge of various SAP modules (technical and functional both)
- Hands-on IT application experience with team management experience.
Profile :
- Minimum 18 years of overall experience with experience leading SAP implementations and rollouts.
- Strong Program/Project Management Skills (demonstrated success in big project implementations)
- Ability to drive and execute innovation, transformation, operational excellence with zero defect culture
- Build strong partnerships with the global partners
- Ability to drive the change management, lead large teams, manage conflicts and behaviour
- Someone coming with cost centre mindset would be preferred
