Practice Delivery Head - Finance & Accounts Domain

Role: Practice and Delivery Head (F&A) - Global Delivery, Client Management and Communication, P&L Accountability of min. 90 to 100 MN USD and above along with minimum FTEs size of 2500 to 3000 or above.

Location Base as preference: Chennai/ Kolkata/ Pune/ Bengaluru

Role Description:

- The role is for a practice and delivery head of corporate business services (DIVERSITY Candidates are preferred for this role)

- The role involves managing the operations and practice of finance and accounting, procurement, and alternative investment services.

- It has a large span of people and accounts across global locations: The role oversees a global team of around 5500 to 6000 people including VP and above level leaders, who deliver services to more than 80 accounts in F&A and Procurement and 4 accounts in alternative investments.

- The operations are spread across four major locations in India and other centres in Dalian, Timisoara, Bucharest and Curitiba.

- The portfolio has a growth target and a technology focus: The role is expected to grow the portfolio of F&A and procurement from $120Mn to $200 million in the next two years, and leverage AI and transformation solutions to improve efficiency and quality.

- The role also works closely with DOP Sales team and the SMU sector for new deals and pursuits.

- Experience in F&A, procurement, and alternative investments domains: The role needs a senior person who has exposure across these domains and has worked on transformation projects.

- The person should also be comfortable with technology and have some experience in solutioning and sales.

- SHE will be managing the P&L for this portfolio and work towards achieving Financial (OB, Revenue Margin), Client and People metrics etc as KPIs/ KRIS.
