Streamline Operations and daily Risk Management activities: - To ensure error free BOD and EOD activities of RMS dept. - To ensure error free BOD and EOD activities of Operations department. - Discuss with RMS team members and identify bottlenecks to smoothen RMS processes. - Coordinate with PCM for limit enhancement at exchange level - Real time Member level Margin Management - Client level Risk Management - Margin and MTM - CTCL Management - System Development based on regulatory changes - Monitoring Client Alerts - Discuss with Operations team members and identify bottlenecks to smoothen Operation processes. - Coordinate with in-house IT dev. team and vendor to identify functions that needs to be incorporated for fast/smooth functioning, thereby reducing overall TAT of Operation activities. - Ensuring Quarterly funds settlement is done timely - EOD Trade Process Monitoring - Ensuring Process is completed with in timelines - Recon of Obligations Exchange wise - Brokerage Change Monitoring and Exception Handling Risk Policy design and implementation: - Form risk policy as per changes suggested by regulatory bodies and see thorough implementation of the same in software's. - Test run with in-house/vendor development team for changes incorporated in the system. - Maintain log/depository of such changes made due to changes suggested by regulatory bodies. - Conduct / organize webinar for PPs/RMs/BMs as and when required for explaining new policy implemented and its effects. Fund Management: - Ensuring transfer of Funds timely to save / maximize interest - Ensuring Exchange Funds Payin is arranged timely in Settlement accounts - Coordination with accounts dept. for Fund Management - Cash-Collateral Management at CC & CM - Ensuring passing entries in Back office for invoices received from Exchanges. Internal and External Audits: - Coordinating with Internal Auditor - Half yearly - Coordinating with Exchanges / Regulators for Online or Offline Inspections as and when happening" - New Regulatory changes incorporation in Back office / Front office - Giving training to Staff as per new Regulatory / Business changes" - Ensuring Daily Exchange margin reporting - Cash, FAO, CDS & MCX - Ensuring Weekly Exchange reporting - Enhanced Supervision, Holding Statements, MCX Holding, Cash and Cash Equivalent, Bank Balances - Ensuring Weekly Client Reporting - Statement of Account to clients - Weekly Ledger - Ensuring MCX Monthly statement are sent to clients - Ensuring Quarterly Statement are sent to clients - Ensuring Daily MTM and Maintenance Calls are sent to clients - MTF Team Management: - Manage the existing and hire new team member for better functioning, efficiency of assigned departments. - Identifying and promote potential future leaders for respective departments. - Identify and replace team members who act as roadblocks hindering team productivity and organization growth - Identify future leaders and groom them on personality development, communication skills by conducting training or sending them for workshops.
