Job Description: - Minimum 7-8 years of experience in handling digital campaigns on brand / performance campaigns in-house as well as through digital marketing agencies or partners. - Experience in performance marketing & SEO on all digital platforms including social media - Preferred to have experience in Hotjar, Semrush, Hubspot, ORM, and/or other similar tools within the growth stack - Lead a team of 3 digital marketing and performance managers - A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience - Understanding of statistics and ability to support hypotheses with data - Having an entrepreneurial mind-set,, fast and willing to learn dynamic changes in the digital marketing space - Being curious and creative and being relentless in pursuit of growth - Relevant Industry/ financial services /broking industry experience preferred.
