Prabhudas Lilladher - Chief Marketing Officer (10-18 yrs)

The Chief Marketing Officer shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

(a) Primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.

(b) Handle sales management, new business development, product development, distribution channel management and customer service.

(c) Ensure the organization's communications is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives.

(d) Conceive branding strategies and increases brand equity through branding efforts and improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website and actively involve in content marketing plans to revamp blog/forum in order to boost brand awareness, increase viewership etc

(e) Manage traditional and digital marketing spend/budgets and relationship with marketing agencies and other business partners own the relevant section of P & L.

(f) Working on building social media strategy of the company by establishing presence on social media platforms.

(g) Create digital dashboard which includes the analytics, measurement of opportunities, and competition benchmarking and performance review of success metrics.

(h) Lay a special emphasis on digital marketing initiatives for the company including SEO, building digital marketing media plan, online brand building and prepare strategies for digital roadmap and ensures implementation of the same.

(i) Drive engagement with customers via (Call Centre) to onboard, activate, participate and generate revenue
