Job Description:
- We are looking for a results-oriented Franchise Manager who combines a persuasive and engaging personality and follows up on lead generated.
- Seeking management oriented, sales minded individuals that would like to grow our business.
- Generation of leads through Cold Calling. Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities.
- Track competition and general market activities on a daily basis.
- It is also vital that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility to build solid business relationships.
Candidate Profile:
- Must have significant experience of developing Franchisee operations.
- Preferred proven experience of designing and delivering a growth agenda in line with Business priorities
- Knowledge of change management and driving organizational effectiveness
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of various products and how to implement them across diverse geographical locations.
- Good experience of managing P&L operations and Financial aspects of business
Soft Skills :
- Influencing Ability to lead and engage a high performing team as well as performance manage Personal capabilities Very strong leadership skills, particularly collaborative approach .
Work Experience : Minimum experience 3 years.
Age: nothing below 30yrs.
Education : Any Graduate, MBA-Sales or Marketing required.
CTC/Salary : 6.5 to 7.5 Lpa
Location: Juhu, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai
