Post Merger Integration Lead

Role:
As a Integration Lead for all acquired companies, you are a architecture from heart and visualize the proposed eco system for any newly acquired companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closely partner with all the relevant stake holders starting M&A team, Finance, HR, Legal, CIO and other support functions
- Prepare the blueprint for integration of M&A function on day one for all newly acquired targets
- Work within the sub-groups to understand the intricacy of the current ways of workings.
- Conduct meetings with key stake holders, as needed, and publish meeting minutes.
- Supervise periodic progress and track project timeline adherence.
- Facilitate quick resolution in case there is gaps between acquired company and the Company ways of working.
- Ensure all PMO tracking systems are current and fully updated
- Maintain technical alignment with key stake holders
Skills Required:
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience of process transition and integration in various field is a must requirement.
- Must be able to work in fast paced and matrixed environment.
- Ability to anticipate and manage resolution of complex issues that impact project deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of Controllership function (GL, AP, AR, Audit and Tax etc)
- Strong customer orientation and excellent research and problem-solving skills with a focus attention to detail. Understanding / knowledge of IT systems would be desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Must have 7-10 years of Project Management experience in an IT/ITES/Technical setting.
- Experience of process transition and integration in various field is a must requirement.
- Experience in ERP / other system implementation would be added advantage.
- Chartered accountant / MBA Finance from reputed institution
- Experience Required -12+ Yrs
