Consultant - Talent Research role (Candidates must have experience in Talent Research / Mapping/ Leadership hiring)

Purpose of the role:

The main Objective of an individual is to develop a Talent Base for the client which will enable introducing high quality leaders for current or future opportunities of client's Portfolio companies.

Scope & Key Responsibilities:

- The role is accountable for creating talent pool by mapping, sourcing, and identifying high.

- quality talent in line with regional and global talent needs (i.e. functional and sector specific).

- Collecting information about Companies and C-Level Executive by using LinkedIn, Pitchbook, Google, Board. E.g., Capital IQ, Google Search along with building and developing knowledge.

- Conduct company mapping exercises to identify senior executives and search information.

- Actively prepared Business Intelligence, Country & Industry Reports including:

- Talent or Executive Search & Identification

- Organization Structure Mapping

- The right candidate should have the capability to continuously and consistently improve the quality of the talent pool in the network through various channels and work closely with Client's regional HC team to build momentum.

- Should be able Build and develop knowledge base of companies, candidates, and various industry sub segments specific to practice groups/verticals across the globe (Major focus on US)

- Should have good understanding of research techniques, Boolean search and other social media and innovative talent mapping approaches.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

- Should have substantial exposure of having worked in Talent Research Practice with executive search/talent acquisition or Talent Research firms. Leadership advisory capacity in Executive Search will be added advantage.

- Should largely come from Generalist background, advantage in expertise into Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals or/and Technology sectors.

- Should have broad experience in working with US/EU stakeholders

- Should be a strong on talent mapping, talent sourcing and talent engagement.

- Should be data oriented and pay high attention to details.

- Should have high levels of maturity and the ability to liaise with senior operating professionals with excellent networking skills.

- Experience in building or effectively coordinating offshore research.

- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
