Location: Mumbai  Roles & Responsibilities:   - Be responsible for all sales numbers for Cloud-Based POS Software - across hotels & restaurants   - Generate leads for the company through database, internet, search engines & other tools   - Cold calling, cold emailing   - Handle inbound prospect calls and convert them into sales   - Experience with customer identification, call planning, account management and closing   - Fixing appointments for products demos with clients followed by mailing them presentations   - Deliver product demos and sales presentations (online and in-person, if needed)   - Comfortable with CRM, Email marketing, Analytical tools   - Find out ways to generate new leads   - Maintaining the database of prospects of the company/organization   - Be part of customer service and success as needed   Basic Eligibility Criteria:   - The incumbent should have excellent communication skills - English, Hindi and Marathi  - Experience in selling ERP or POS solutions will be an advantage   - Have done outbound calling.   - Experience with different lead generation modules/tools.   - Good computer knowledge, proficient in using Internet
