Role:
Establish POSist brand across F&B Sector through meetings, events and activities with a focus on target Segments & Personas to deliver quarterly & annual sales target.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify market opportunities on a consistent & continual basis
2. Establish active & credible network across target segments/personas via meetings, events, referrals etc
3. Educate potential clients about POSist proposition & platform
4. Generate a continuous flow of Qualifed & Active Sales Leads
5. Deliver product demonstrations in to potential customers
6. Negotiate & Finalize contracts with clients
7. Develop & curate Re-seller network to support demand generation and sales
8. Work closely with marketing to ensure demand & lead generation is always optimized basis market insights
Key Performance Indices:
1. Revenue - Quarterly & Annual
2. Active Leads
3. Conversion Rate
4. Quality (Measured via customer & COE feedback systems)
Experience & Requirements:
1. 3 Years Plus Sales & Business Development within F&B sector in Saudi Arabia
2. Entrepreneurial mind-set with a solution led result orientation
3. English & Arabic Speaking
4. Currently available in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh or Jeddah)
5. Strong organization, planning & reporting skills
