Summary of Position:

National Sales Head is directly responsible to meet or exceed Posiflex India's goal through the geographic markets assigned to them by the VP of Sales. In addition, the role is accountable to professional brand representation throughout all industry events and in all client and stakeholder communication.

Duties and Responsiblities (including but not limited to the following)

1) Proactively solicit Company's sales in assigned geographic/vertical markets producing the business leads by building relationships and Prospects in the Retail, Food and Beverages, Hospitality, Healthcare Govt verticals with a conversion ratio that ensures that goals are met.

2) Manage travel, trade show participation, sales trips, site visits and other meeting planner outreach activities ensuring a strategic and robust set of sales initiatives and activities to accomplish lead/definite production

3) Create Account & Business Plans for the Major Accounts & Channel business to drive the growth

4) Have very solid understanding and Prior experience of selling a Technology/IT product (Software/Hardware) to entry level Retail/F&B.

5) Assist with marketing plan, annual budget, sales initiatives and marketing messaging as asked by VP of sales.

6) All other duties as assigned by VP of Sales

7) Minimum 10-15 years of work experience in IT/Technology Sales (Preferably with sales experience in selling - POS Hardware or Software, CRM software to Retail customers, Digital Signage etc.

8) Age between 32 to 40 years.

Qualifications

1) Master's degree from Premium Institutions is Mandatory.

2) Previous experience in sales position at selling a Technology/IT product (Software/Hardware) to entry level Retail/F&B, 8+ years preferred

3) Strong ability to multi task and adhere to deadlines, work with little supervision

4) Must be free to travel as needed to carry out Company's goals

5) Work hours may vary and may require evenings and weekends

5) Prioritizing and Organizing Work: Allocates time and attention based on what is most important to achieve key goals and objectives. Effectively organizes and balances tasks and priorities to keep multiple projects on track.
