PoshVine - Business Finance Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping and accounting:

- Generate all monthly invoices from Quickbooks

- Acknowledge payments and follow up in case of short payments or delays. Debtor and Creditors Management.

- Timely and effective communication with internal departments for issue resolution.

- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

- Working on managing bank reconciliation - BRS, Handling Petty cash, and maintaining trackers.

- Day-to-day accounting, books closure Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly.

- Verification of GSTR Input tax credits with GSTR 2A and timely follow-ups with vendors.

- Income tax / GST Departmental visits if required.

- Maintaining Asset Register

Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements - monthly, quarterly and annual.

- Working closely with the management, preparation of budget forecast, review actuals and execute budgetary controls and prepare monthly budget vs. actual analysis

- Support in MIS Reporting, reconciliation reports among various projects.

Business Financial initiatives:

- Set up processes and strategies to have an effective cash flow

- Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive implementation.

- Payroll management and Reimbursement Processing

- Handling Bank accounts and Processing Vendor payments.

Compliance Management:

- Ensuring compliance to applicable Indian accounting framework and direct/ indirect tax laws including monthly/quarterly/annual filings (TDS, GST, Income tax, Advance tax)

- Labour law compliances ( Shops and Establishments, PF, PT, ESI, Gratuity, etc.,)

You'll be a good fit if you possess:

- Minimum 5-7 years experience in core accounting. Good knowledge in Accounting, Income Statements.

- Experience in Enterprise Software or E-Commerce Accounting and Business finance preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in Tax/TDS/Tax returns, Auditing, Financial Management, Fixed Assets, Tally ERP 9, MS office,

- Must be conversant and experienced in GST regulations.

- Nice to have: Experience in Payroll management.
