Portfolio Manager - US Market

CIB Portfolio Manager

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex initiatives with broad business impact across Corporate Banking Portfolio Management.

- Review and research large-scale, multifaceted business challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of financial and risk factors.

- Make strategic decisions in complex credit underwriting, structured finance, and portfolio risk management.

- Drive new initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with peers, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

- Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in CIB Portfolio Management, Credit Underwriting, or Structured Finance.

- Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting policies (IFRS/GAAP), and risk assessment for large corporates/FIG clients.

- Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced skills in Excel, VBA, Python, or Macros is a plus.

- Experience in securitization, ABS markets, debt capital markets, or process transformation is desirable.

- Strong communication, business writing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and lead initiatives.

- Flexibility to work in EMEA/partial US shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA/CFA/FRM or equivalent qualifications.

- Proven track record in training and mentoring junior team members.

- Experience in change management, process efficiency, and transformation projects.
