Key Responsibilities:

Market Penetration & Share Growth:

- Increase Penetration: Develop and implement strategies to increase the market share and penetration of PMS products in assigned geographies.

- Market Expansion: Identify and target new market opportunities to expand the reach of PMS offerings.

Distributor Relationship Management:

- Build Rapport: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors to boost the distribution and visibility of PMS products.

- Activate Dormant Channels: Re-engage and activate dormant distribution channels to drive sales growth.

Visibility & Promotion:

- Enhance Visibility: Increase the visibility of PMS products among distributors through targeted marketing and promotional activities.

- Creative Strategies: Think creatively to develop innovative approaches for increasing penetration and driving sales of PMS products.

Training & Development:

- Product Training: Conduct training sessions for internal Asset Management Company (AMC) Relationship Managers (RMs) and distributors on PMS products.

- Knowledge Sharing: Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are well-informed about PMS products and their benefits.

Query & Service Management:

- Handle Queries: Address and resolve queries related to PMS products from both distributors and clients.

- Service Issues: Manage service-related issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth operation of - PMS products.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

- Proven experience in portfolio management, particularly with PMS products.

- Demonstrated success in increasing market penetration and managing distributor relationships.

Knowledge:

- In-depth understanding of PMS products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.

- Familiarity with distributor networks and sales processes in the financial services industry.

Skills:

- Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with distributors and clients.

- Training & Communication: Excellent ability to train and communicate effectively with internal teams and external - distributors.

- Problem-Solving: Proficiency in addressing and resolving product queries and service issues.
