Urgent Hiring _ BFSI _ Portfolio Manager - Credit Cards - Mumbai

Location : Lower Parel

Job Description :

Term Products :

1. Manages all Term Products end-to-end and ensure all customer promises are fulfilled resulting into overall higher level of customer service delivery

2. Ensures regular benchmarking of the product against competition to ensure that BANKs offering is competitive in the market

3. Responsible to build high levels of engagement with aggregator partners to explore opportunities to continuously upgrade the product by adding new merchants & simplifying processes

4. Reviews and ensures portfolio credit policies are aligned with business objectives in coordination with Policy team

5. Conceptualizes and executes awareness and conversion based marketing campaigns for different term products in collaboration with the Marketing Communications team

6. Ensures end-to-end process compliance by engaging with various stakeholders like Operations, Customer Service, CVM, Sales etc.

7. Regularly tracks and publishes product performance updates

8. Ensures all customer issue resolution is within TAT resulting in higher customer satisfaction

9. Manages product-related website pages for customer awareness and information and also help in driving additional leads

10. Ensures timely processing of aggregator invoices for Instant EMI business

11. Drives EMI & loan products such as Instant EMI, EMI-on-Call & Quick Loan for the portfolio to ensure book build

12. Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.

13. Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training.

14. Understands the competencies relevant to his/her role, and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.

15. Keeps abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional networks.

16. Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.

17. Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.


Channel management :


- Drives the various channels like Customer Service, Fraud Risk Management and CVM to ensure delivery against term products targets as defined in the overall business plan


- Ensures setting up of monthly channel targets in discussion with respective channel owners and in line with overall business objectives


- Designs and executes optimized incentive schemes to ensure channel delivers against target


- Arranges product trainings to ensure that all channels are up to date in terms of product knowledge and deliver a superior quality of customer experience


- Explores opportunities to add to channels


- Drives Onboarding of new aggregators and to maintain regular aggregator interaction for driving Instant EMI business
