Job Role:

- Responsible for managing Profit & loss of all Debit and prepaid Card Products.

- Make the business strategies with forward thinking to take card business to next levels

- Make the strategic Collaboration with Bigtechs, Fintechs and other partners

- Launch the Innovative products to make Card is as a Hero proposition

- Drive strategic business objectives and business performance through periodic campaigns, customer relationship enhancement initiatives and process linked initiatives.

- Schemes to be managed for better collaboration for launching new products, betters costs and run different programs

- Customer experience to be improved by simplifying the products, process and designs

- Negotiating with partners / vendors for better pricing and better Turn Around Times Responsible for regulatory compliance and Audit compliance

- Work towards developing new/improved product offerings with an objective of maximizing profit, reducing cost and risk and improve customer experience.
