Porter is looking for a talented Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal applicant should possess a thorough understanding of SEO and ASO. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing the digital marketing strategy for organic growth, work cross-functionally with different teams to strategize and implement SEO and ASO optimization techniques and analyse its performance and optimize further.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop optimization strategies to increase the website's and app's organic traffic and improve conversion rates.

- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization and work with the content team to deliver content SEO strategies.

- Define and execute on SEO & ASO strategy and roadmap, including leveraging internal and external resources, managing dependencies and deadlines.

- Manage and monitor impact of changes. Monitor key KPIs, measure against goals and present data and way forward.

- Keep upto date on new and trending SEO and ASO developments, methodologies and create an action plan to put them into execution.

- Create a hypothesis to run AB tests to improve conversion in App and Website.

- Develop and implement link building and other off-page strategies.

- Recommend changes to app store listing, website architecture, inter-linking, and other factors to improve overall SEO & ASO.

- Review technical SEO, ASO issues and recommend fixes.

- Manage external agencies and work on building SEO/ASO plan and strategies.

Expectation from the candidate:

- 4-6 years of Digital Marketing experience

- 1-2 years of management and employee development experience.

- A data-driven approach to marketing

- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and research skills

- Should have good oral and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive both strategy and ground execution

Functional Competencies

- Advanced knowledge of SEO & ASO.

- Strong understanding of Google Play Console, App Store Connect, Google Search Console, Google Analytics

- Expert in SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs) and ASO tools (SensorTower, Apptweak).

- High level proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

- Fair understanding of Google Adwords, Facebook Adverts.

- SQL Knowledge is a Plus.
