Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build GTM strategies and work closely with Marketing team on driving acquisition and retention KPIs
- Responsible for Portfolio Management and do periodical review of the Exposure Data
- Successful in building and engaging long term partnerships and alliances that best fits for the business
- Drive negotiations and deals with relevant vendors/partners
- Build expertise in driving growth digitally while working closely with product and engineering leaders
- Responsible for driving P&L the business working closely with the functional head
- Spearhead in building new products and devising strategies that drives growth
- Manage routine business operations efficiently and handle conflicts

Experience Required:
- Graduate / Postgraduate with 6 to 9 years of experience within Re/insurance, Fintech industry
- Experienced in handling portfolios of Motor insurance
- Proven track record to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders
- Strong in people management and mentoring skills
