Roles and Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive customer acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target market segments.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to inform acquisition strategies.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel acquisition campaigns, utilizing various marketing channels such as digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and partnerships.
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate high-quality leads through effective lead generation programs, including lead magnets, landing pages, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Targeting and Segmentation: Segment target audiences based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to tailor acquisition efforts and messaging for maximum effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the customer acquisition budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking of resources to achieve desired results.
- Conversion Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize conversion rates at various stages of the acquisition funnel to maximize lead-to-customer conversion.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns and provide regular reports and analysis to evaluate ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships and collaborations with relevant organizations, influencers, or affiliates to expand the reach and acquire customers through strategic alliances.
- Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize acquisition strategies, creative assets, messaging, and landing pages.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and optimize the customer journey from initial acquisition touchpoints to conversion and retention.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to customer acquisition and implement innovative approaches to drive growth.
Key Expectations from Candidate:
- Experience: Proven (2-3 years) experience in customer acquisition, marketing, or related roles, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Thinking strategically, analyzing market dynamics, and developing innovative customer acquisition strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to interpret campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and derive actionable insights.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques used for customer acquisition, such as SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Targeting and Segmentation: Proficiency in audience segmentation and targeting methodologies to reach the right customers with personalized messaging.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration skills for cross-functional teams, stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
- Budget Management: Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing resources for maximum impact and ROI.
- Prior experience with marketing tools like WebEngage/MoEngage/Hubspot is an added advantage.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and market conditions.
