About the role :
- Porter is looking for a talented Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal applicant should possess a thorough understanding of Google Adwords, Facebook Adverts, InMobi, Affle, Google Firebase, Any third-party MMPs.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing the digital marketing strategy, implementing new campaign level ideas for various channels, understanding the performance of each channel & campaigns within to optimize further. He/She should have worked on optimizing deeper funnel conversions on App.
- If you get selected you will get to work on cutting-edge digital marketing strategies along with experienced marketers handling a budget upwards of a million dollars a year and growing.
Roles and responsibilities and expected challenges :
- Understand and manage the flow of installs and customer acquisition on App across the various channels
- Establish growth and customer acquisition metrics (LTV, CAC across different segments)
- Work with the Marketing Team to create and implement aggressive user acquisition campaigns on various channels like Google Adwords, Affle, InMobi, Facebook Adverts, etc.
- Optimize the channels by testing various campaign ideas, reporting & dashboarding results
- Analyze new market trends in performance marketing and create an action plan to put them into execution
- Implement Retention & Reactivation based campaigns to improve lower funnel conversions
- Work with agencies to drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams like creative, product, tech and more, to drive growth.
- Drive reporting of the key vitals of the campaigns.
- Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movement and market situation
Expectation from the candidate :
- 5-6 years of Digital Marketing experience
- A data-driven approach to marketing
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Should have good oral & written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to drive both strategy and ground execution
- Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
- Model attribution settings to suit the business best
Functional Competencies :
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing
- A deep understanding of platforms like Affle, InMobi, OutBrain, etc, is a must
- A deeper understanding of the attribution modeling of users
- SQL & Data Studio Knowledge is a must
- Hands-on experience with MMP Partners
