As a member of our core operations team, you will be helping in improving products, services, and module by using business knowledge and data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements to spear head city operations of 6 cities, which Currently is 12cr/month business, growing at 3x YoY with improving margins, where in the platform has 70k active customers and 10k active partner drivers spread across 6 cities. Responsibilities: 1) Manage P&amp;L of city operations spread across 6 cities encompassing 175-200 people. 2) Responsible for setting agenda for city growth, draw out plans pertaining to Customer, Partner and People KPI. 3) Define and approve budgets for manpower and BTL marketing plans across cities. 4) Establish SOP for customer, partner, employee acquisition, handholding and engagement and ensure their strict monitoring and adherence. 5) Take pricing, discounting decisions in a defined framework to influence customer and partner engagement. 6) Develop a healthy and efficient working environment across the city in line with organizational culture. 7) Reports into Spot Vertical head
