Deputy General Manager- Strategic Initiative
- Lead supply creation through strategic alliances, financing & leasing route for various category of vehicles
- Striking deals with OEM, financiers, fleet operators and ecosystem players to get best proposition for driver partners to acquire vehicle through leasing and financing route
- Role will involve forging and nurturing value relationships with ecosystem players
- Lead the fleet electrification foray for the Porter through partnerships, fleet operators and driver outreach programs
- Building a driver development program in terms of grooming, nurturing, skilling and engaging youth through various government programs
- Leading a team 3-4 people to build relationship network and also build a framework for operations teams to adopt
- This is a highly collaborative role and will involve close coordination and collaboration with city based category teams and category owners.
- Represent organization on various platforms
