Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Influence and onboard new distributors as well as manage existing distributors to build the distribution network - Ensure that each node is operating at their optimum level as well as identify and mitigate risks - Design efficient warehouse management workflows to optimize productivity and overall costs - Manpower management: - Identify sustainable channels of manpower hiring - Design training process for fast ramp-up - Empathize with the team to ensure maximum retention - Challenge the status quo of operations at regular intervals and come up with innovative and more efficient solutions - Customer Relationship Management: Take ownership and execute all client needs to ensure client satisfaction.
