Deputy General Manager

- Be leading the Pan-India Growth and expansion of Porter's API based Enterprise Business. You will be responsible for strategizing and executing the overall growth for large enterprise businesses.

This role will entail :

- Planning for Lead influx and funnel management

- Interface with key enterprise entities who use API

- Nurturing the key discussions with the above enterprises, act as a consultant for them

- Acquiring and handholding of these enterprises by solving their diverse set of problems

- Maintaining customer success by solving their problems

- Will lead a team of Acquisition managers and account managers

Key Responsibilities :

- Identification of high potential segments and enterprise customers

- Segment the enterprises in terms of potential and set strategies to drive growth

- Increasing the awareness of API business with enterprises across high potential industry categories

- Own sales funnel management, increase efficiency and reduce blockers for conversion

- Get key insights from enterprises on their API requirements and document their requirements

- Work closely with key stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Development teams with the requirements documentation to solve for tech implementation across enterprises

- Have a comprehensive understanding about the market and the competition.

- Drive the enterprise growth and acquisition strategy by striking new relationships with the existing customers, maintaining and developing accounts- will involve engaging CXOs and senior management

Skills Required :

- Effective Communicator

- Able to use data to drive decision making, analytical knowledge

- Leadership - People and Process

- Good in Building relationships

- Intrinsic Motivation, fire in the belly

- A very high level of curiosity and business acumen

- Ability to drive the team with results and objectivity

- Constant learnability to stay on top with key trends in the market
