Roles and Responsibilities:

- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.

- Maintain contact with existing customers to ensure revenue growth, customer retention and deliver detailed account plans.

- Developing strategic territory plans to outline opportunities for upselling, cross-sell, expansion to new business units, and achieve business goals.

- Identify instances where ad-hoc requirements fulfilled by PFE can be taken to fixed use of the clients.

- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with top-decision-makers at C-levels to build loyalty.

- Coordinating multi-functional teams to sign multi-year enterprise agreements / strategic agreements.

- Coordinate with Field Farming Associate and get daily updates on their interactions to get more leads.

- Conduct market research to monitor competitive activity.

- Generate reports and statistical analysis on account status.

Skills Required:

- Proven working experience as an account manager, key account manager, or a relevant role

- Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

- Proficiency in English

- Market knowledge ( FMCG, Logistics )

- Good Analytical skills and ability to provide client-focused solutions to customer needs

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills

- Remote team management skills
