Roles and Responsibilities:

- Delivery of top-line revenue for the area assigned

- Market mapping on both Demand and Supply-side

- Responsibility for Delivery of Partner and Customer Targets for assigned areas

- Formulating and executing strategies to ensure the targeted growth

- Expansion of serviceable areas

- Responsibility of expanding vehicle categories in line with organizational goals

- Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights

- Execute Marketing and Branding initiatives

- Manage team and ensure target delivery through team

- Use data to drive productivity and penetration in the market

- Ensure smooth implementation of product changes and gather real-time feedback regarding the same.

- Process improvement and feedback on the process

Skills Required:

- Ability to train, coach and support the team members

- Good team management skills

- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Should be extremely good in making reports, interpreting them and driving insights out of the same

- High ownership and responsiveness at all times
