Manager/Sr. Manager - Human Resource
Major Job responsibilities, but not limited to, are listed below :
a. Performance Management System
- Understand and implement the end to end Performance Management System single-handedly.
- Complete the Quarterly cycles on time without any delay.
- Analyse the findings of each quarter and make the action plans accordingly.
- Educate the new joinees about the process and hand hold them for the first time they appear for check-in.
- Educate managers from time to time on the process changes and its implementation way.
- Linking the PMS system with Career Progression/T&D/R&R.
- Evaluate the recruitment quality based on the performance ratings received
b. Culture
- Conduct the surveys on Employee Satisfaction every quarter.
- Increase the percentage of employees who indicate that we have a positive work environment, as measured by survey/NPS Score.
- New initiatives in the process to build the culture around the core business values
- Employee Engagement Activities for all locations
c. Organisational Excellence
- Frequent feedbacks on processes implemented through HR.
- Increase the percentage of HR annual initiatives completed on time and within budget.
d. Attrition
- Control the PIPs/Make the process more stringent/Decrease the percentage.
- Monthly report on attrition
e. Exit Process
- Redefine the entire process and make it more formal
- Ensuring the adherence of the new process PAN India, Exit Interviews for all the resigning employees
f. Other Activities
- Quarterly visits to all offices
- Incentives to all eligible team members
- Manage Background Verification process
- Ensuring the adherence to R&R process in respective teams
g. Audit
- Audit of PMS evaluations randomly
- Audit of the effectiveness of the process rollout
Salary Offered : 6-9 LPA
