Role and Responsibilities:
P&L: Responsible for the Revenue and P&L for specific vertical of the business
Team Management: Responsible for hiring, training and growth of the team members for building future leaders
Design & Improve Process efficiencies: Streamline existing process to build efficiency and design and build new ones appropriately to scale up the business
Research: We love exploring new opportunities! Keep a lookout for various opportunities at hand and explore new possible horizons
Experimentation: Try the opportunities in a controlled environment, study the results and present the same for building a bigger use case
Stakeholder management: Interact with relevant stakeholders (internal) to effectively manage the projects and timelines
Mandatory Skills :
Ownership: Setting up a new business requires taking very high ownership and hard work at practice
Comfortable with change: Open to trying new things. Enjoy ambiguity and uncertainty, a core multi-tasker at heart
Communication: Comfortable in communicating with internal and external (if needed) stakeholders
Hands-on Attitude: Someone who is ready to roll up your sleeves and get the hands dirty in experimenting and putting thoughts to action
Problem-solving: Dissecting the problem and solving the parts
Data Analytics: Should be good at making interpretations out of numbers. Decent excel/google sheets skills required
