Roles & Responsibilities
- Question status quo for all existing business process related norms & practices
- Look for ways to improve customer and partner experience in daily operations across all platforms (App, Website, Customer Care, etc.)
- Engage with the team to enhance Productivity & Team Work.
- Study key trends in Customer and Partner journey. Define, measure and track key matrices
- Define processes for resolving queries and complaints of customers and partners
- Work towards making external communication more efficient and effective
- Interact with tech, supply and demand teams to drive initiatives which could be key differentiators for Customer & Partner Experience
- Work towards automating repeat tasks to optimise the resources while not hampering a human touch
Skills Required:
- BE/B Tech from Tier 1 engineering college.
- Enjoy ambiguity and uncertainty
- A core multi-tasker
- Comfortable in basic excel and SQL
- Analytical and data driven approach
- Should have 2-4 years of experience in Operations and Strategy.
- Prefer candidates worked in Similar startup companies
- Co-founded a startup (Or senior roles with team management role) is preferred.
